Sell for the multiple you earned.

Most founders leave money on the table because the business isn't ready when the buyer shows up.

We get you ready before the banker is hired: clean numbers, recurring revenue, a brand buyers trust, a marketing engine that runs without you, and a team that stays after close. Buyers pay more for businesses that don't need the founder. We make yours one of them.

Integrations that protect the investment.

A great acquisition is only half the work. We lead diligence on operating quality, day-one integration plans, and the first hundred days after close: protecting the technicians, culture, and customer relationships that made the business worth acquiring, while installing the systems that let it scale.

For platforms, family offices, and independent sponsors buying home services companies.

The problems that kill multiples and break integrations.

These are the problems that don't get fixed by hiring another consultant or running another workshop.

  1. The business can't run without the founder

The most expensive problem in any sale. We build the team, the systems, and the recurring revenue that let the multiple stand without you.

  2. Revenue lives in the owner's relationships

When the customers belong to the founder, the buyer discounts them. We transfer those relationships into the business.

  3. Growth depends on word of mouth

No marketing engine, no predictable growth. We install the lead generation and the brand a buyer can underwrite.

  4. Reviews and reputation are unmanaged

Buyers read the reviews before the financials. We turn reputation into an asset instead of a diligence flag.

  5. Acquisitions stall in the first hundred days

Momentum dies between close and integration. We run day-one plans that protect the deal thesis.

  6. Technicians and office staff walk out after close

The value walks out the door with the people. We keep the team that made the business worth buying.

Proof, not promises.

Case study: building the Southeast for a national HVAC platform.

Recruited by the CEO to build the Southeast region from the ground up: sourcing and closing acquisitions, integrating acquired companies while protecting the culture and customer relationships that made them worth buying, and driving organic growth across the branches. Detailed results from the build are being compiled and will be published here.

Built in the trades. Proven at scale. Trusted with the P&L.

We are operators first. Our founder, Jordan Methe, has spent his career inside the residential HVAC business at every altitude: on the ground with technicians and comfort advisors, in the general manager's chair owning the numbers, and at the national level shaping how one of the world's largest manufacturers goes to market.

At The Chill Brothers, a fast-growing HVAC and home services platform, Jordan was recruited by the company's CEO as Vice President, Southeastern US to build the Southeast from the ground up: sourcing and closing acquisitions, integrating acquired companies without losing what made them worth buying, and driving organic expansion across the region.

Before Chill Brothers, Jordan was National Sales Director, Air Solutions at LG Electronics, and ran residential operations as General Manager at Reliance Home Comfort, one of North America's largest home comfort companies, and at Right Time HVAC. We know what a well-run branch looks like because we have run several.

Canadian by birth and a lifelong competitive athlete, Jordan is based in Apex, North Carolina.

"The playbook only works if the people running it believe in it. Our job is to build teams that want to win, then give them a system that lets them."

Our operating process

We run businesses the way a high-performance coach runs a team: the team comes first, effort is the currency, and the scoreboard is never a surprise.

Buy well, integrate better

A great acquisition is only half the work. We lead deals from first conversation through close and into the first year of ownership, protecting the culture and customer relationships that made the business worth acquiring while installing the systems that let it scale.

Own the number

Every role we have held came with a P&L attached. We run branches on revenue per truck, close rate, membership growth and gross margin, and we expect leaders to know their numbers cold.

Sales is an operating system, not a department

From national channel strategy at LG to building comfort advisor teams in the field, we design sales organizations end to end: structure, hiring, compensation, coaching and accountability.

Servant leadership, high standards

We develop people relentlessly and hold them to a standard worth reaching. The best operators we have built have gone on to run businesses of their own.

Where Jordan has led

Vice President, Southeastern US
2025 to present
The Chill Brothers

National Sales Director, Air Solutions
LG Electronics

Led national sales for LG's residential and light commercial air solutions business, setting channel, distribution and territory strategy and managing relationships with distributors, contractors and channel partners across the country.

General Manager
Reliance Home Comfort

Full P&L ownership of residential HVAC operations for one of North America's largest home comfort companies: field operations, sales, service, install and the team behind them.

General Manager
Right Time HVAC

Ran day-to-day operations for a residential heating and air conditioning business, the foundation for everything that followed: the trucks, the technicians, the customers and the margin.

Work with us

We take on a small number of advisory engagements each year for owners, investors and leadership teams in residential HVAC and home services. We work with people who are serious about growth or a sale, and want an operator's perspective, not a consultant's.

Exit readiness

For owners preparing to sell. We close the gaps buyers discount: financials, recurring revenue, brand, marketing engine, and leadership depth, so the business earns its multiple.

Acquisition and integration

Diligence on operating quality, day-one integration plans, and the first hundred days after close. For platforms, family offices and independent sponsors buying home services companies.

Branch and P&L performance

Diagnosing underperforming branches and fixing them: pricing, capacity, memberships, technician productivity and the leadership underneath it all.

Sales organization design

Structure, hiring, compensation and coaching systems for in-home sales and channel teams, drawn from building both at manufacturer and contractor scale.
